Delighted! The tapas bar presents itself as a small refuge of good taste, where the murmur of wine and the echo of conversations intertwine with the warmth of an atmosphere carefully curated down to the last detail. This is no ordinary establishment: here one breathes a discreet, almost natural elegance, one that doesn't impose itself, but rather subtly seduces. The owners—more than just bosses—act as charismatic hosts, with the serenity and people skills of those who understand that true luxury is born from human contact. Their presence gives the space a living soul, a sense of belonging that transcends the mere gastronomic experience. In one corner, the slot machine—surprisingly aptly placed—seems to observe the comings and goings of the patrons with an almost nostalgic dignity, as if reminding us that even chance has its place in the temples of good food. The kitchen, for its part, is a dialogue between the land and memory. Each dish, however simple it may seem, reveals an almost liturgical respect for the product: clean flavors, nuances that awaken the palate's curiosity, and an execution that transforms the mundane into a ritual. We came for dinner with a friend and were delighted. We ordered pasta carbonara for lunch and cheesecake for dessert, both delicious :)). Very good service with great background music. Definitely recommend it. We'll be back.

I went to Mioco expecting a “normal” pasta and an “acceptable” atmosphere… and I left indignant: why hadn’t they told me that they cook here as if they wanted to win first prize in the tapas competition? Unacceptable. The background noise they have and the music they call for is so good that I almost got up to thank the DJ, the good waiter and the chef and that they give it their all here! until I remembered that this is a bar and not a gala. The atmosphere… familiar, welcoming and one of those that makes you think: “yes, I’ll stay for one more drink… or three”, (let’s be clear that we are always more than three than one). And the waiters… come and go, as if they really wanted your experience to be perfect. How shameless! Conclusion: Mioco is not a bar, it’s a trap. You go for dinner and end up planning your next visit before paying the bill.
